The following letter will be submitted on your behalf to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services:

U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota has committed Immigration Fraud by marrying her brother Ahmed Nur Said in 2009.

At the time, Ilhan Omar was living with the father of her children, Ahmed Hirsi, whom she has had a “faith marriage” with since 2002. Omar is now legally married to Ahmed Hirsi after divorcing Ahmed Nur Said in 2011.

U.S. Law penalizes the act of entering “into a marriage for the purpose of evading the immigration laws” with punishment of up to five years in prison, or a fine of $250,000, or both.

Please accept this as an official report of Immigration Fraud and take the necessary steps to investigate Rep. Ilhan Omar and hold her accountable for violating our laws.
